Operation Executive - Job Description

Overseeing the production process, build up a production schedule.

Ensuring that the production is cost effective; the cost in accordance with the quotation amount.

Working out the human and material resources needed. Eg: Projectors, Laptops ,promoters, hostess, entertainers etc…

Drafting a timescale for the job; planning the time preferably day before or at least 3 hours before the scheduled time of the event or activity.

Estimating costs and setting the quality standards; monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

Reviewing the performance of subordinates, report to your supervisor if required.

Identifying the right vendors and ensure quality job done in the prescribed time schedule.

Operate a PC and responsible for making data using Microsoft office.

Responsible for coordinating vendors and employees in production department for the work done.

Responsible for preparing expense sheet on daily basis from the employees and vendors

Responsible for communicating vendors and clients through e-mail or telephone.
